Once your bathroom has been designed and permits have been pulled, we are ready to start. before the commencement of the project we will give you an exact milestone/invoicing chart, a gameplan of events (construction schedule) and a regular video update of the project. (if you’re a snowbird)

after all final inspections have passed, we will schedule our cleaning crew to come in and make your new space spotless. You will be given a .pdf of all your warranted products and our warranted labor agreement. You will also be added to our preferred “handyman” list for same day calls. final invoice will not be accepted until you are fully satisfied.

LiDAR Technology.
Utilizing the newest technology we are able to literally scan your entire home within an hour. We then convert your scan into an editable cad file. This will help us create a new design for your space and help with the visualization aspect of the project.
Design Software.
AFter we have a complete game plan for your space we will then convert our ideas into a 3D design software to create a visual representation of your new space. this usually gives us time to make one or two more revisions before we solidify your design and new space!

FAQs
Do we need a permit?
if you’re doing anything with a bathroom typically you’ll need a permit. Especially if you live in a condo. The permit covers all electrical, plumbing, hvac and possible fire stopping if you live in a multi family dwelling.
How long will this take?
It all depends on the size of the bathroom, location, etc. we don’t typically start a project until we know all material is in stock and either stored on site or at our shop. Smaller bathrooms are typically 2-3 week time frame and up.
Can we be home during the remodel?
It all depends on if you have another bathroom. If not, we wouldn’t recommend it. there will be limited access during the inspection process for usage. If you are remodeling multiple bathrooms and living at the home, then we typically remodel one and then the other upon completion.
Are you licensed and insured?
of course. we have all applicable licenses for the state of florida. our insurance covers workers comp, general liability up to $1million and our automobile insurances. Any of our subcontractors we use are required to be licensed and insured as well.
How do I design my space?
you don’t need to, we will! if you have your ideas saved on photos or just from thought, we can capture your dreams through the decisive choices in tile, flooring, fixtures, paint, wallpaper, etc. We hold your hand during the process to make sure your investment is worthy.
